Rashun Carter will be hosting his Book-or-Treat book signing at Kroger on Buechel Bypass in Louisville, Kentucky on Halloween from 1pm-4pm! Come out, purchase a book, meet some of his team, and give the kiddos a head start on their candy! Candy will be given out for free by Rashun and his team.
